By accessing and using FastBizFilings.com (the "Service"), operated by Global Informatics LLC, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

FastBizFilings.com provides Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) filing services to help businesses comply with FinCEN requirements. Our services include:

• Initial CTA filing preparation and submission
• Document review and verification
• Ongoing access for updates, corrections, and exemptions
• Customer support and guidance

3. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing structure is as follows:

• Initial Filing: $349 for complete CTA filing service
• Trial Period: 90 days of free access to our platform for updates and corrections
• Ongoing Service: $349 annually after the trial period for continued access

Payment is required before filing submission. All fees are non-refundable once filing has been submitted to FinCEN.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Review all information before submission

5. Limitation of Liability

FastBizFilings.com and Global Informatics LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Global Informatics LLC and its licensors.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
